Friends:
We are pleased to announce several White House conference calls scheduled for next week:
On Monday and Tuesday, October 31st and November 1st, please join us for a series of conference calls with important updates on the Fiscal Year 2012 appropriations bills. Each call will feature a speaker from the Office of Management and Budget and will focus on one of six issue areas: women; social safety net organizations; education; consumer protection; foreign aid; and the environment.
The OMB leaders who will speak on these calls are the same individuals working with Congress to develop appropriations bills that reflect the administration’s priorities, invest in key programs and services, and focus on creating jobs. They will offer a detailed look at their approach to the process and will bring you up to speed on the latest developments.
Please share this information with your members and affiliates, and other interested parties.
These calls are off the record and not for press purposes.
Thank you.
