Today, the LADDC News publicly released "Legislative Proposals Concerning People with Developmental Disabilities" concerning the Budget, Home and Community Based Supports, Education, Money Follows the Person legislation, Residential Option Waiver Services, expanding autism insurance, licensures for Board Certified Behavior Analyst, bullying in schools, and more key issues impacting people with Developmental Disabilities.

"The 2012 Louisiana Legislative session has a number of critical proposals that will have the potential to dramatically affect people with developmental disabilities and their families."  Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council of the national Administration on Developmental Disabilities within the federal Administration for Children and Family Services
