The pelican map is ready, and will be continually updated as new pelicans are perched in their proper places!
More than 1/2 of the pelicans are still being painted;
so check back often!

Hi5! Our son enjoys playing 'Can you spot the pelican' game while we're driving. (It's like playing 'eye spy'.) He likes art! As a matter of fact, he is so excited to take pictures with the 2 creative pelicans his art teacher Mary Christopher has designed. This thematic project has improved his expressive and receptive language. Communication skills are important in various stages of personal development, especially for kids like our son who are on the Autism spectrum. So spotting the colorful pelicans, taking photos with them, and learning about the artists is a delightful summer project for our family. We're creating a pelican pics collage!
Thanks to all the artists, Leadership Northshore Pelicans On Parade, Landry's Mobile Concrete, LLC, and other project participants, all of the businesses, community leaders, civic organizations and thoughtful individuals that are contributing to the Children's Wish Endowment. The eye-catching pelicans are appreciated in so many ways. What a sight to see a parade of pelicans when visiting the Northshore!
Are there any plans for a calendar, video(even just a youtube channel to share), bumper sticker or other paraphernalia?
