SB 59 is signed into law as Act 328! Self-Advocates, Parents, Families, Educators, Special Needs Advocates, Disability Rights organizations,... OUR VOICES HAVE BEEN HEARD! We can effective positive systems change on the behalf of Students, people with disabilities. Restraints and Seclusion will have guidelines in the state of Louisiana!
